Pancakes:
3 eggs
1.5 glass of milk
1.25 glass of flower
1.5 spoon of sugar
1.5 teaspoon of baking powder
0.5 teaspoon of salt
cinnamon
oil or butter
Mix all the indrediengs. Pour some fat into the pan and heat. Pour some mixture. Turn over when one side is baked, then bake another side of hte pancake.
Fast Apple Jam:
apples
sugar
1 teaspoon of butter
cardamom
cinnamon
Peal and grate the apples. Add rest ingredients and heat the mixture for about 15 minutes in the pot.
Creme:
50grams of butter
0.25 glass of icy sugar
1 spoon of vanilla sugar
1 egg yolk
Mix all the ingredients and heat it on the small fire, keep stirring.
