put chopped garlic + oil + drained in sun tomatoes in the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes
+ bowled and mashed beans and stir
cook a spoon of the beans mixture in the pan
put a beanball on the roasted bun spread with mayonnaise or mustard + fresh cucumber and lettuce
