Tomato Jam with Tortillas

Jam: put 1 chopped onion + 200-300g tomatoes + sprinkle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar cook in the 180 degrees oven for 5-10minutes
+ 100g brown sugar, salt, 1 chopped chili pepper
stew for 30minutes

 add some jam on the tortilla + grated mocarela cheese + fresh basilico and put other tortilla on the top
bake both tortilla's sides till it's roasted and cheese is melt
